Each letter was hand-built from recycled materials, photographed, and assembled with Adobe Photoshop. This was a class project in which we designed type from physical materials, learning how composition and tone contribute to the information provided.

A promotional poster for Appalachian Men’s Ensemble using my original digital drawing. minimalist imagery reflects the subject of the performance this poster advertises. Logo is a redesign from their previous to create a more uniform branding.

2018. Event poster for College art show hosted in a local coffee shop. Created using Adobe Illustrator. Imagery of the silhouette is meant to be reminiscent of a calico cat and uses the brand colors of the local coffee shop, Dos Gatos, that hosts the art show.
A4 magazine. The Phoenix is an annual arts and creative writing magazine. The challenge was to reflect the nature of the magazine without overusing “phoenix” imagery as has been done in past years, as well as including the list of contributors. I used Adobe Illustrator for the cover and used Adobe InDesign for interior layout.
